GENIE IN A BOTTLE AND YOU HAD THREE WISHES! WHAT WOULD YOU WISH FOR?
More time, more money, more freedom, more adventure, more excitement?
Let’s look back at your past when you were a child, what did you wish
or dream for? Did you accomplish your dreams? Have you given up on your
dreams? Or are you currently pursuing your dreams?
The most successful scientists all started with a dream before they
achieved a medical or scientific breakthrough. All the Olympic gold
medalists all started with a dream of standing on the Olympic stands
and having their medal put around their neck. What did you dream of?
Dreaming frees us from our doubts, our skepticism, our past
experiences, and the expectations of others, to reveal the truth of
what we want in life. Our capacity to achieve has no limits, if we dare
to dream big dreams. Nothing is impossible! Ask yourself six simple
questions:
- 1. What do I want to be?
- 2. What do I want to do?
- 3. What do I want to have?
- 4. What do I want to give?
- 5. How do I want to spend my
time?
- 6. With whom do I want to
spend my time with?
When you take the time and write down these 6 goals then you will set
yourself free! You will unleash an awesome power and energy that
will propel you towards your goals and your dreams. Also when you know
what matters to you most then you will move mountains to make it
happen. Small dreams never inspired great deeds or amazing feats.
Imagination with strong positive emotions will attract your goals and
dreams to you faster. Time is a buffer when it comes to the law of
attraction. However, if you take at least 5 min per day to visualize
what you want and have strong positive emotion of yourself in your
dream then it will and must come to you! It is the law of the universe.
Here let me give you a few examples of what you may want to attract:
a. Travel the world – Think of the sights and sounds,
the culture of the country and the wonderful people that you will meet
along the way. Don’t forget all the tasty foods that you will sample.
Now visualize yourself in this imagination and feel as if it’s
happening right now in the moment. If you see yourself having a
conversation with a local at that exotic country then it will make it
much more real and that much more powerful!
b. Owner a new car – Imagine the color of the
paint, the smoothness of the body, the sound of the engine, the smell
of the new leather seats and don’t forget all the trips and adventures
that you will enjoy.
c. Owning a new home – Picture the amazing sunset
views and the imagine walking yourself through every room. Let your
bare feet glide on the wooden floors and how soft your feet feels when
you sink them in a lush Italian designer carpet.
d. Helping others – Picture the difference you will
make in their lives. Imagine the phone calls you will receive of people
thanking you on how you have positively affected their lives!

If you have made your decision that network marketing will be the
vehicle to achieving and realizing all your dreams, you have chosen
well. There is an amazing journey ahead of you and some amazing
experiences and relationships that you will experience. Just remember,
anything great is worth the wait and you will go through ups and downs.
Just like in life, you will have the good times and the bad times. The
key is to keep your eyes on the prize and focus on your “why” and you
will get through it. Your mind, body and spirit will be tested to its
limits and you must persevere if you ever wish to live the life of your
dreams.

2. Work the plan &
work the hours!
WHEN YOU ARE CLEAR
ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE WORKING FOR, THEN YOU ARE READY TO FOCUS ON HOW YOUR
ARE GOING TO GET IT.
Plot your first twelve months by making these decisions:
- What monthly income will I be earning in twelve
months?
- What rank must I reach to achieve this income?
- Wht must I do to reach this rank?
- How mch time must I invest to reach and
maintain this rank?
Also, if you want to reach your goals on time then I highly urge you to
create a weekly sales target and a monthly personal recruiting target
based on where you want to be and how quickly you want to get there.
Until you have stepped up to the next level you can only estimate your
group sales. Not everyone can duplicate your results. Much will depend
on how skilled you are in finding quality recruits. That’s why it’s
best to focus on personal activity. You don’t want your future to rely
solely on your team, do you? You create your own destiny and you are
going to have put in the hours if you want to enjoy the fruits of your
labor.
Finally, you need to honor your planner. Just look at your schedule for
this week or next week? How does it look? Are all the time blocks
filled with appointments? If your day time is empty then that means
your business is starving and on the verge of collapse.
Remember, your day timer is the determination to the health of your
business. If your weekly schedule is empty then that means your
business is sick and it may die! If your schedule is full then that
means your business is healthy and you are on your way to freedom!
3.
Don’t Reinvent the Wheel
“You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.” Although you
are 100 percent responsible for your results, you selected a
corporation to be your business partner. People get involved in network
marketing for different reasons such as falling in love with the
products, you liked the plan, or someone offered you a great
opportunity – you are now in a powerful partnership.
Unlike the majority of self-employed or small business owners who
struggle to build their business with borrowed capital and high
overheads, you now have a partner with enormous resources all at your
disposal. Basically you are running a small business with all the
resources of a large one. Maximize your advantage by making the most of
all that is available to you. The best part is that you pay only for
the resources you need, there is no waste.
Here is the ultimate business relationship. The corporate partner that
you are linked with has your very best interest at heart. The more
successful you are, the more successful the corporation will be. The
corporation wants you to succeed!
It’s best to cultivate a great relationship with the person who
sponsored you into the business. Also, try and build a relationship
with the people above your sponsor because they have a wealth of
knowledge. They want you to succeed so that they climb up the rankings
and succeed as well. Your success is their success.
Above all of this, please don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Embrace and
adopt your corporate partner’s system. It has worked for other before
you. Learn it, follow it and duplicate it by example and follow the
system!
If you were to buy a, “McDonald’s Franchise then would you create a new
homemade hamburger recipe and sell it to its customers? Or would you
change the menu and put a seafood platter appetizer to increase the
profit margin?” Of course not because you would then lose your
franchise and probably be sued by the company in the process.
The key to success in network marketing is duplication. Your business
will be built one person at a time, through direct and indirect
recruits. If you decide to do things differently from the your
company’s system then you will complicate the business and confuse the
people you recruit. Imagine what would happen if everybody you
recruited created their own different system. Confusion would not lead
to sustained success.
Let me keep things simple to you on how to succeed in your network
marketing journey. Think of your business as a train. You are driving a
train toward an incredible destination. Your corporate partner has laid
the tracks and others have successfully travelled the tracks before
you. You are the driver of this train and you’re fired up with belief
in yourself, your products and your business opportunity.
The stations along the way are your mileposts, where you will celebrate
your progress before setting out on the next leg of your journey. You
started your network marketing business to build a fabulous income and
a fabulous life! It’s not the destination, it’s the joy of the journey
which will bring you success.
4. Master Six Core Skills
towards Network Marketing Superstardom!
Network marketing is simple but sometimes not easy. However if you
master the skills from 1-3 of the core skills then you are well on your
way to success. Master three more slightly complex ones from 3-6 then
there’s no ceiling on what you can achieve.
Let’s start with the 3 basics:
- Scheduling –
Again, your planner is the indicator whether or not your venture will
succeed. It is the blood to your organization. A planner full of
bookings and appointments means your business is in good shape. An
empty page means your business is in jeopardy.
- Selling
– Your monthly check will depend on how much product you, and the
people you recruit, sell.
- Recruiting –
Your business opportunity is your flagship product, and you won’t
succeed unless you promote this effectively. Remember, your main
product is not your personal care, nutritional supplements, toilet
paper or financial products. It’s freedom!Now the next three may
require more skills but it’s like anything you do in life. The more
practice then the better you will become. Remember, Rome wasn’t built
in one day.
- Building
relationships – One time sales and chance encounters will not
build a strong business. If you are always looking for new prospects
and recruits then you will burn out before your business starts to
experience success.
- Mentoring
– Your success will ultimately depend on the success of the people you
recruit. Although you are not responsible for their success, you are
responsible for the quality of support you give them.
- Managing
– As your business starts to exponentially grow, you will be juggling
more than a few balls. You want to drop as few as possible.
As you can see, there are only six tools. If you don’t learn to
schedule, it won’t matter how good you are at sales, because you will
have no appointments to perform. If you don’t sell products and the
people you recruit do not sell products, your check’s will be
embarrassing to look at. You can’t be a mentor without people in your
downline.
Just don’t get analysis – paralysis. The best way to learn these six
core skills is to learn on the job. That you can make money while you
train and remember this business is all about “monkey see, monkey do.”
Be a great chimp leader and the rest will follow your stride and the
next thing you know, you will be on top of the jungle and you will have
the best views in the world! Literally!
