The key to
network
marketing is duplication. The easier it is to duplicate the company's
system
then the network marketing business can grow much faster and more
efficient if
the average joe and train others to copy him.
Training
is crucial
for success, however there maybe some associates that all they want to
do is
training. Even though you spend hours upon hours of training with them,
they
want more! It's really an excuse because they're more then likely
afraid to
approach their prospects. Also there is no money to be made in
training,
therefore I only train 3hours for new associates and if their prospect
doesn’t
show up for an appointment then we can do training to be productive
with time.
Emphasizing
earn as
your learn is crucial to the duplication system. Imagine if you have
hundreds
of people on your team, and then the growth stops because everyone
wants to do
nothing but training. Well, that is why I train my associates to train
only if
the prospect doesn’t show up for a meeting or cancels last minute. Then
they
would train their people the same way, meaning people are going on
appointments
to create revenue and they're learning as they go. This speeds up the
learning
curve if they're training in real life and the business duplicates
beautifully.
When
you first train
new recruits, it’s a lot more productive to train in groups. Saving you
time
and repetitiveness. Also, it is best to have conversations and
interactions
during prospecting meetings because you don’t want your presentation to
be too
good. You want your new associates to be able to explain the business
opportunity as if they're telling their friends about a movie that they
saw
over the weekend. Remember, you want to be duplicateable and easy to
copy. The
last thing you want to hear from the prospect, "Everything looks great,
except I can never do what you’re doing!” Duplication is the key in
this
industry.
Finally,
mastering
the basics is crucial for you to be successful in network marketing.
Mastering
the basics include:
1)
Prospecting
2)
Training
3)
Team
building
4)
Duplication
Once
your team
members start experiencing success, you are well on your way to
becoming a
network marketing superstar!
