Are all network marketing or mlm companies a pyramid?

Yes! However you have to ask yourself… Is it a legal or an illegal pyramid? The best way to determine this is to see if the company you’re researching has third party reviews which are none biased and are giving the company none biased reviews. For example, a company called USANA Health Sciences has been ranked #1 out of 1500 nutritional products in the Nutritional Supplement Guide Book by Msc Lyle McWilliams, also the company has been ranked #3 out of the best 100 companies by Business Week, in addition its has been ranked #5 out of the best run 200 companies by Forbes Magazine, finally it has been named stock of the day by CNNfn. Would all these reputable organizations want to be associated with an illegal entity? Of course not!

Now if you were to buy a product from a commission salesperson then the manager would more than likely receive a commission as well and then the vice president of sales would receive a commission or bonus too! In traditional business this is called an organizational chart. Where there is only one CEO at the top, then a few vice presidents, and then several managers and then a lot of subordinates at the bottom. Do you know of any company where the person pat the bottom can
make more money than the CEO? The only company I know of that can do this is a company called
USANA Health Scienceswww.espinosa.usana.com, you can start today and make more money than the very first person who started 17 years ago because they have the fairest compensation plan and has been ranked #1 by Network Marketing today for 10 years in a row out of thousands of other direct sales companies! The only reason why Network Marketing or Multi-Level Marketing companies have a negative stigma because there have been scams in the industry.

A scam in a network marketing company is when people make commissions when they recruit someone and no real products are being moved. Or sometimes there are companies where the business model is a game, such as when you recruit someone then you get a key to jump into an imaginary boat or plane. Now if people fall for these schemes then they're obviously not doing their due diligence.

However there have been scams in all industries. Let’s look at the stock market; they’re scams in this industry every day. You only need to look at penny stocks and your more than likely to never get a return on your investment or even get your money back. How about the real estate industry? There are tenants who do not pay their rent for a few months and then move out in the middle of the night to leave there landlord without notice. The landlord would lose thousands of dollars in unpaid rent. Isn’t this a scam? So it’s not fair to say that all network marketing companies are pyramid schemes. Scams are all around us and it is our responsibility as individuals to do our research so we can make the right choice to which network marketing company will give us the most return on our dollar and which company we can be proud to be a part of. Companies which have a strong track record, strong management team with integrity and a vision to make a huge positive difference in the world are the companies with heart. For example, USANA Health Sciences is a company with a vision to end pain and suffering in the world by preventing degenerative diseases. Wow!
